The adoption of information system (IS) are growing at a quick pace as the usage of IS involving presence of technology have for instance, evolved from automation of structured processes to systems that are truly effective as such systems have introduce change from certain business procedures measures, as more than being helped by computers, manufacturing companies will shape strategy as well as structure to fit in innovative information system and thus, the importance of positive relationship of information system are being evidenced by considerable research and its processes thereunto. The information systems keep logistics intact and in proper stature along with several essential records and data which places a needed priority for such industry to operate well and with success notion.
Body (reasons)
The reasons for seeking PhD in Information and Knowledge Management implies to the process domains of IS to the third world which will help my country, Yemen since, I was kind of tied up in teaching the IS subject. Moreover, for me to be aware and recognize that there has been lack of IS knowledge and engaging into a comprehensive analysis of IS effectiveness and characteristics known for a possible adaptation applied for the Yemeni manufacturing industries as well as several issues known for such economic perspective into developing ample understanding of how information systems affect several core measures of the Yemeni business put in research analysis. Indeed, information systems (IS) of today is one important and effective tool to used at as the applications of IS serves as one core function of business companies in this present time such as those that assume usability in the manufacturing industries which could be relevant to Yemeni related business. In addition, to possibly resolve the lack of IS user acceptance, impediment to the success of innovative information systems knowing as to why users accept or reject information systems and how user acceptance is affected by system design texture. Also, for me to have contribution into the research undertakings through noting in of information system presentation, its mechanisms as well as applied contexts for evaluating ARE in future research and practice.
