Introduction The learning and performance in workplace bears a major responsibility to set a continuous learning for the organization. Learning organization is another type of shaping the future for the success. The learning is a foundation which can build career plans and develop the individual’s skills in the path they chosen. And as the beginning of organizational innovation or change, the learning organization can serve many benefits as long as the business is concerned the efficiency of its people. The Learning Organization The learning in organization provides response to the competencies should every individuals must possess to be success in their field. It is a basic strategy to facilitate the plans that can be use in measureable results that an individual assume to achieve. The development needs can come into many learning approaches which includes training, work-related education, rotational experiences, coaching, electronic-system learning, and many other learning-oriented interventions ( 2004). The learning organization model has acquired many characteristics. A company should learn how to make the business stable in the first year of the business. The learning organization provides the training program that can sustain or handle the problems. With the right amount of learning, the success of every organization can be attained. The contributed skills and knowledge from the workforce can be more competitive and they can try new things to make additional strategies for the business. In internal concept of learning is tied within the organization’s strategic purposes with the coordination of the system in terms of the business’s functions. The participation of every individual leads more meaning in the organizational learning level and performance outcomes. Learning organization tends to increase the capacity of people, at any level they may suits within the organization, and produce good results. The level of performance and improvement are valued in any industries and therefore, it takes a lot of learning. The most rewarding thing that can happen is to clear the path for the success and fulfilling the assumed performance ( 2001).  The Benefits of Learning Organization When a company recognizes the importance of the learning organization, the beneficial effects may appear and is essential for the types of challenges that a company might face in the future. The adaptations of work processes can be reflected in the change within the workplace. The focus of employee’s role can be emphasized, as well as alignment between the customers’ needs, organizational goals, and proper resource allocation. The knowledge of every individual is extended to support the technology expertise. The human resource functions have increasing responsibilities to supervise the learning within the organization.             The learning organization is a solution in avoiding the decline of market contribution and enhances the competitive advantage ( 2009). The learning organization can be the guidelines or managerial actions as a skilled at creating, acquiring and transferring the knowledge and insights. The learning organizations generally have fewer controls on employees in an organization structure that works within the decision-making (1998). Conclusion Learning organization is a perfect vision in shaping the organization’s future. It can produce a wide range of solutions to organizational issues. It can clarify the organization’s vision, goals, and purpose. The learning can start to reduce the repeated mistakes and balancing the demands of stakeholders. Part of learning organization understands the risk that can happen in every decision that the management might create. It is made for long-term effectiveness in a short-term time like expanding the business’s horizons. The learning organization is the first step for the innovation in increasing the technological and systematic ability.

There involves critical evaluation of learning and development theories as proposed by  but, the critical evaluation will focus more on the theories discovered by . There must be the presence of important and crucial arguments of ideas and concepts that is viewed within those theories that will give ample process to organization learning and development in motion. This essay will provide a precise understanding of research facts and evidences in order to support and clarify such theory points that is amicably needed for the realization of the assessment taken into complete integration along with precise discussions of learning in the organization and its nurturing environment and development matters respectively.     DISCUSSIONS   Accordingly,  (1980) suggested that learning in an organization must be greater than or equal to the rate of change in the environment. There is considerable benefit to be gained through the improvement of management and leadership development methods, and that this is to be achieved not through the applications of universal formulae, but by improving the precision with which the right approaches are used for the right purposes to achieve the right outcomes as they vary according to circumstance.           Moreover, action learning develops performance, encourages learning and place organizations to make known better and the way to develop capability of persons, team groups and organizations as , has led the way to action learning and was disposed to depict action knowledge in lieu to what is not. Aside,  hold the vision in order to attempt and make restricted structure about it as it was done along organization concepts and the action learning of its power having fine parameter within the diverse character of endeavor and the process of development and learning with ample disciplines. (1990  ; 2001)  As it is argued that the organizations need to ‘’discover how to tap people’s commitment and capacity to learn at all levels’’ ( 2001) as every people have the capacity to learn, the structures in which they have to function are often not favorable to likeness and appointment. Furthermore, people within organizations are always increasing their capability to generate certain future that needs primary shift of mind within the members, people talk of being part of something and being generative. It becomes obvious that experiences comprises of truly great teams that stand out as remarkable period of existence being lived to fullest as others spend their lives searching for ways to evoke certain courage. (1990,  2001)   Thus, for a ‘’learning organization it is not enough to survive as endurance learning is term adaptive knowledge as significant and essential but, for the learning association the learning must be connected by generative learning – a learning that enhance the individual being and its capacity to produce’’ (1990 , 2001). (1990, 2001)   Thus, ‘’if organizations are to develop a capacity to work with mind models then it will be required for people to learn new skills and develop innovative orientations and for institutional changes that foster such change, entrenched mental models frustrate changes that could come from system thinking’’ (2001). ‘’Moving the organization in the right way entails working to rise above the sort of inner politics and games playing that control customary organizations and means nurturing honesty’’ ( 1990, 2001) and involve the searching for stance to assign trade sensibly while keeping organization and management as the learning organization is being localized organizations’’ ( 2001).     CONCLUSION In conclusion, what action learning does provide can be eminent levels of judgment and sympathy through positive intertwining of actions and indication. In times of fast change there can be an involvement of choice as for instance, group works on actual problems in true time along with executive that can likely provide direct decisions to the employees in proposing better solutions to challenges and problems respectively. Therefore, action learning is cautious enough in its implementation having an established ways of having business organizations as there is mounting utilization of certain global teams integrating action knowledge philosophy and that in a learning organization, the leaders could be stylish person, park ranger and or noble teachers and is accountable for structuring organizations in expanding out capability to appreciate difficulty, explain vision and develop common intellectual models as ‘’learning organizations will remain good idea until people take a stand for building organizations. Taking stand as a leadership act, the start of inspirational vision of learning organization’’. (1990, 2001)     Then, learning is elusive, implicit, quite observable, complex but hard to separate from the individual who shaped it as being embedded. The Effects of Relationship between the Employer and the Employees in Organizational Development                 Effective and constant communication between the employer and the   employees develops better understanding that leads to productive work. Also, it   develops harmonious relationship that is necessary in organization development.               Organization development (OD) is the process of improving organizations.   It is a carefully planned improvement of an organization’s effectiveness and   viability, as a group and as individual employee or stakeholder. OD involves   consultant work in gathering data to define issues inside the workplace and   finding a suitable course of action. In this case, the organization is assessed in   creating an understanding of the current situation of the enterprise and identifying   opportunities that will meet the business objectives.               Organizational development is intended to be a response for the rapidly   changing business world. It is a complex organizational strategy in changing the   beliefs, attitudes, values and structure of an enterprise in better adaptation to   new technologies, tighter competition, and marketing challenges.               There is an increasing trend in giving more investments on employees.   Studies suggest that lucrative salaries and benefits do not guarantee productive   work. Work challenges, recognition and a sense of accomplishment matter more   in motivating the employees. Thus, organization development responds to these   needs in keeping the performance rate soaring. However, there is more   important factor in organizational development, like the relationship between the   employer and the employees.               The relationship between the employer and the employees is the   foundation of any organization. A healthy employer-employee relationship helps   to build a successful enterprise. An enterprise that is focused on growth and   profits should also give attention in establishing mutual trust with their   employees. It is imperative in continuous development of the organization as a   whole.               Compensations and remunerations are one of the major factors involved   in employment. It’s the obligation of the employer in paying the employees on   time. Withholding salaries does not only violates the law but also destroys the   mutual trust they set upon themselves. Unpaid compensations is not only a legal   issue but also a moral issue as well. It also involves the psychological contract   that even a physical document is not signed, it’s the employer’s propriety in   handing the right amount the employee had worked for.               The treatment of employees is also a major issue in organization   development. Experts claimed that workers’ opposition, militant unionism and   sabotage are results of management mistreatment. Studies also suggest that   companies could have achieved more success if the stakeholders treated their   employees more humanely rather than mechanically. This is directly connected   with the productive work of the employees. Performance rate is higher when   employees are provided with meaningful works and being fairly compensated for   their efforts.               Honesty also takes effect on the employer-employee relations. Notifying   issues inside the organization that will directly affect the employees should be   discussed openly to not create hard feelings among employees. For example, if a   company has financial problems and the compensations would be affected or   even some employees could be possibly relieved, it is better to deliver the bad   news straightly than to withhold information. Employees would appreciate   honesty, rather than keeping information that is not classified at all. There is an   ugly feeling of being left out when you were the last one who knew an issue   when in fact, you should have known better because it concerns you.               Also, honest and straightforward negotiations are required in   organizational development. Honest remuneration packages should not be   violated by the employers. While honest terms of work should be produced by   the employees. Dishonesty in the workplace leads to misunderstandings and   arguments inside the organization.               A formulation of progressive discipline guidelines fosters an orderly and   productive work environment. Rules and regulations should be clear and   understandable, so are punishments and disciplinary actions. Constant   supervision is necessary, including the statement of the problems, solicited view   of the employees, agreement on the problems and plan development.   Documentation should be maintained in keeping the process precise throughout.               Organization development is a complex and tedious process. It definitely involves a lot of investment on time and money. However, despite the toll it will   take on the organization, the benefits that will give on the growth and   development of the enterprise will eventually pay off.
