Abstract
Shopping entails a unique change in perception and characteristic for a person. As the form of shopping changes, so thus the expectation and demands of consumers change too. This paper focused on analyzing the behavior, demands and needs of online shoppers specially those who purchase from Asos.com. This paper used surveys and questionnaires to acquire data. This paper conducted a review of literatures related to the study. The review of related literatures helped in understanding the study. The study found out that shopping has been an important part of the client-respondents life. The study found out that there are three factors that affected the buying behavior of clients; these are the information available, the speed of transaction and the security of website. The study found out that without such factors clients tend to reduce their transaction and communication with a shop.
