I 'm a 1 year student study Bachelor of  Nursing in Hong Kong University.
Now , I need to do a important "Reflective paper " for a subject " Nursing Knowledge and Practice"


Instruction to write the paper :

You are required to reflect on your own practice on a Clinical case regarding a nursing issue .
The issue (topic) of this reflective paper can choose any one from the following 5 topics:

(a) gender issues
(b) advanced practice & career development
(c) technology in nursing
(d) culture and nursing practice
(e) multi-disciplinary health care

You need to describe , reflect on and discuss your way of practice regarding your selected topic , and critically evaluate how your practice may improve and contribute to nursing knowledge and practice development in relation to your selected topic .(see Appendix III for the marking criteria).
