The issues toward intermediation and disintermediation of HK travel agents represents progressive means of internet usage by the agents and that impact of internet poses strong inclination of innovation and culture change towards positivism and effectiveness of HK tourism industry. Scale integration of Internet in travel industry on the issue of the disintermediation of travel agents/agencies such as of disintermediation can have dimension such as prices, products and process.
