1. Sir will focus on how well we analysis the case. The analysis can see if the case go through necessary steps, any control or monitor .. etc.
2. Don't waste words count to write the theory or procedure per the text book, everything should come out from the case.
3. A lot of options can do on this case, give our own suggestion
4. Don't use "I" or "We think" ... but "They did", "It was", "That is"....
5. Some figures / numbers in the case give us a lot of indication for analysis.
6. Make sure put down those reference we used in our assignment.
7. Don't try to search "Regency Plaza" from the google / web to get the answer.

Designed to examine the process of project management during the develop cycle of a luxury condominium building for the Regency Plaza group, this case explores the issue of how the design, development strategy, project organization, and project personnel are interrelated. More specifically, it looks at how these factors shape the day-to-day operations of a development and how they affect the formal and formal and informal mechanisms that a project manager has at his or her disposal.
