I want to write a research proposal . My topic is " The implementation and the outcomes of literacy intervention programs in 13 Primary schools".

In this study, I want to find out :

1. the outcomes of literacy intervention programe in primary 1 pupils amongst 13 primary schools specifically in english reading.
2. the best and effective method of teaching in reading use by teachers
3. the best time allocation to do the program.
4. material / resources used to teach the pupils

I want to know what are the best methodology use to to collect the information in this study.
