Just one more request, Please do not use the work "literature" everywhere. The last literature review i asked for, had almost every sentence with that and also can it be to the point because a lot of the introduction and conclusion didn'tgive anything from the actual topic or what we thought of it or recommendations.... it was very general. please look into that. Please feel free to use more than what has been attached as these are just my search references.

Individually you are to write a well researched and balanced review of the literature in the area of rights and responsibilities of HRM practitioners in the ethics debate. Compare and contrast different views of the rights and responsibilities of HRM practitioners in the ethics debate.(to and for).

Give referenced examples of various ethical issues in different countries with different cultural backgrounds/values in different organizations. Also, how different practitioners interpret ethics differently, their code of conduct, policies, equal opportunity, privacy, health and drug testing in different workplaces, etc.

Please remember: To write about HRM practitioners NOT the employees and thier rights!

You are required to use peer reviewed journals articles (from emerald or business source) as well as texts for your research. Use Harvard style referencing.

Make sure to include a synopsis, introduction, literature review and conclusion. Attached are all the journals that might be relevant for this literature review.
