Violence in schools occurred which resulted for the government to create an act that will prevent this. With this, the whole community is challenged, especially teachers, school managers, politicians at various levels, parents, and the students themselves. Act of 1994 is a provision which targeted the goal of reducing the risks of violence in schools as the government and school officials will harmonize with each other to deal with this concern. Family which is even quoted as the primary cause of violence must take into consideration by the school officials when someone commits a mistake. Moreover, the primary and the most important part for the prevention of this risk are for the teachers to instill the differences of each student for them to understand each other well. However, students with disability may find it difficult to understand his situation but it does not mean that they are excluded from the provision. Therefore, teachers and parents must have excellent and extraordinary foundation for them to put this act into practice.
