  • The human resource department or the HRD of a healthcare centre is the only one department wherein a good decision is being carried out from the start of their hiring process up to the point of the promotion and retention. Their planning and organizational model of application is affected through the series of changes that might affect the entire healthcare organization.
  • People, as the key for the organization, needs to increase their performances of the people creates an impact in the organization towards the performance. Therefore, it is important that the strategies that can deliver the essential performance is through the training according to their roles and understanding the important of their role in the organization, thus increasing the working morale of the employees.
