Study Skills Assessment of College Freshmen in Selected Technological Institutions

 

As college Institutions as of today, struggle with issues related to assessment of study skills among students particularly freshmen students could amiably impose such question that can be, ‘How does certain technological institutions plan, execute as well as realize effective ways in assessing study skills among their college students? Truly, reflecting quality of tertiary education from within enough education components of college curriculum. The need  to provide well-rounded framework upon which every college student deserves fair study evaluation.

 

Qualitative and quantitative approach can be included as a factor indicating acceptable and desirable outcomes such as by using survey questionnaire address to the technological institution academic team as well as some of the college students serving the secondary domain for collating evidences and findings. Then, study assessments must include foundation course of study which may involve core of studies for instance the humanities and applied sciences, as well as studies in technology have to be included into the study skills evaluation programs in preparing those college students to be able to adapt and function in changing technological environment in detailed manner of school discipline.
