Teleoligical Ethics

Hi,

Attached is my assignment.

My assignment is divided by 3 parts. (Part A, B & C)

Part A requirement are need to apply Teleological Ethics (Egoism and Utilitarianism) and Deontological Ethics (Ethic of duties and Rights & Justice).

Part B requirement are any examples need at least have 5 referencing.

Part C need to think about:
- corporate governance code
- virtue ethic
- in connection of directors or stakeholders
- not interest of conflicts with stakeholder
- did not use the information of shareholder
- prevent failure/ fraud
- protect imprudent and safe way
- not working: e.g. : ERROL, NORTHERN ROCK
- comply with corporate governance
- virtue ethic, deal with individual, justice

And the footnoting must use the Harvard one.
