Problem Statement
Based on the information gained in the structure of education that is adopted in Hong Kong’s educational settings, the managerial aspect in the higher education is more formal and underwent in many developments. Although it is ideal to have an educational reform, it is still more convenient that every student manage to catch up with the adjustments in the educational systems. Since the higher level of education is tougher than the secondary and primary level, the study positioned itself in providing the most comprehensive approach in learning developments of the students and preparing them in the future.
