Organizational behaviour is defined as the actions and attitudes of the people in organizations. , organizational behaviour is a social science discipline and it uses the scientific method to establish truth and to validate its theories. The focus of organizational behavior is on the world of organizations. The concern is, first, with the behaviour and nature of the people within organizations and, second, with the behaviour and nature of organizations within their environments.

 

As a field of study, organizational behavior includes a collection of separate theories and models, ways of thinking about particular people and events. It has its roots in the disciplines of psychology, sociology, anthropology, economics, and political science.

 

Fairfield Dental Practice

Fairfield Dental Practice was established by John Goldbloom in 1981. The practice is based in Garston, South Liverpool has grown from strength to strength now employing four full time dentists, namely harry Stott, Joseph Bainbridge, Justine Patterson and John himself. There are currently three receptionists who work flexible hour to cover the reception area during opening hours and four dental nurses. John’s wife Sharon has been working as a part-time accountant for the company since the practice was opened.
