King stated that civil disobedience is not the only one that is justified in the face of the law, giving an affect to the understanding of the readers to the fact the with our lives we must uplift our moral responsibility.

While, Violation of law carries with it a penalty and the justification of such act may depend on the perception of the people.

King appraises correct use of moral responsibility; in order not to easily justify violations of law.
