Theoretically it is easy to say a certain goals and objectives in any organizations and we continue to look for such goals as a path that leads us to success but leading the road to such direction is a tedious task but if we are going to deal with innovation and creativity it will take our organization to a further direction and to a position where we want it to be. Creativity and innovation brings us to unexpected value and performance, necessity is the mother of innovation that’s why every company and organizations learn to innovative products and services to supply to the needs of people. They spend time and money through research and development just to come up with a unique ideas, products and services that people would buy and there is nothing wrong with it. If they are successful it can provide popularity, increase in sales, prestige, price value and attraction to more customers and in this way they can achieve their desire of market leadership potential.

A year later they have already achieved a better graphical interface design although initially they are also faced with errors and glitches in their programs and they have to hire more programmers to write the program BASIC that was really hard.
Then few years later they have already designed basic spreadsheet, database, word processing and other office application has been released in the market according to Gates and Allen it was a combination of great leadership and innovation coming from their group due to their development skills and interest, it never happened instantly it takes time in development. They have introduced Windows 3.0 as the official graphical interface model that continues its success and innovation to renew their ideas and upgrade their system to windows versions 95 to 98 to 2000 sooner ME and XP, Vista and later the most sophisticated Windows 7. They have remained constantly changing to be updated and innovative as long as there is a need, this has been their open secret to leadership. Their programs have helped the entire industry revolution to be successful. They are the marketing arm of progress of the academic, business, government and every institution that use their programs they have also helped the entire industry to pass on the knowledge to perform their daily task and to innovate. In just a click of a button people are now open to information and communication instantly.
Innovation has brought them to earn at least million USD every 24 hours with 78,000 employees all over the world spread out in 105 countries. According to their CEO Steve Balmer it is innovation that leads them to success, it is the secret of Microsoft they have become so big because they have created something that people really like, they wanted it and so they buy it. Since then they have continued to be the leading organization to improve the quality of business in the entire world and about 90% of computer users chooses their products over others. Bill Gates believe that they will never stop in their innovation and creativity they also seek the entire world to look and hire the best person who can bring them good products or programs, they have helped many industries, students and government because of their products.
Bill Gates is not just philanthropic in business and programming but he also has a vision to help the world that he also developed his own “Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation” to help the poor nations all over the world and the people that they have helped has also reaped the benefits of their leadership and humanitarian efforts. He also realized that he cannot do it alone and so he also attracted corporate funds from other companies like Bershire Hataway by Warren Buffet has extended their effort to give to their foundation million dollars while he also give million dollars to help African countries like Haiti and Kenya. Bill is also helping children and adults from various countries to change their knowledge and destiny so that they also become a good part of the society. This kind of humanitarian effort is indeed a great creativity and innovation beyond technology but an admirable work of kindness. The more goodness they are doing to people the more popular and successful they have become.
