Determine the probability for the plane that arrives on time that gives the departed on the time? Determine also the time on departed given in the arrived time?

The probability for the scheduled flight in that the departs in the time is P(D) = 0.83, there are the probability that arrives on the time in P(A) = 0.82; there is also the probability that depart and arrives is P(D∩A) = 0.78. Determine the probability for the plane that arrives on time that gives the departed on the time? Determine also the time on departed given in the arrived time?

Solution:

A.) The probability will arrive on time that can given in departed on time

                        P(A/D) = P(D ∩ A) =  0.78    = 0.94

                                            P(D)        0.83

B.) The probability that the departed plane on the time that be given and arrived on time will be

                        P(D/A) = P (D ∩ A)  = 0.78   = 0.95

                                             P(A)        0.82
